“Raise the Bar” is not just a challenge, it’s the name of the premier, Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)-approved real estate school in Arizona. It’s been 20 years and counting since Raise The Bar Real Estate School first received approval from ADRE, and it far exceeds the
criteria set forth by this state governing body, which approves instruction and maintains the quality of the courses as well as the competence of instructors.
The Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® wholly owns and operates Raise The Bar School, which is located off Loop 101 and Princess/Pima Roads. The Association supports its primary members in the Scottsdale area, but it also serves the entire Valley with classes to help someone start and maintain a healthy career in real estate.
“We receive top-ratings in Arizona because we give individual attention and guidance to our students,” says Laura Kovacs, director of education at the school. “Simply stated, focusing on the success of our students and guiding them to comprehensively learn about real estate beyond what’s on an exam, means we turn out more successful students than other real estate schools.”
It’s because of this unique feature that people from across the Valley seek out this student-centric instruction. “We’re also in a geographically desirable spot,” Kovacs adds, “given the location off the Loop 101, we’re easily accessible within 20 minutes from places like Glendale, Peoria, Tempe and neighboring locations.”
Courses at Raise The Bar are taught by brokers who are active in the industry, and every week the school offers various classes and clinics to further the careers of the novice as well as the seasoned real estate professional.
